Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (With Flexibility including some evenings & weekends)
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role: As the Enrollments & Self-Direction Assistance (SDA) Manager, you will be the bridge between Search and the broader community. Youll help families navigate the enrollment process for Searchs programs and ensure they receive the support they need. You will also oversee and grow the Self-Directed Assistance program, working closely with individuals, families, and other agencies to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with families and individuals to support their transition into Searchs programs
- Maintain and grow enrollments across all Search programs by attending community events and conducting outreach
- Represent Search professionally to prospective participants, families, and community partners
- Obtain and process necessary referral information and consents for all program applicants
- Manage and develop the Self-Directed Assistance (SDA) program, providing case management and billing support
- Act as a liaison between families, support workers, and fiscal agents to ensure services run smoothly
- Maintain organized and accurate records in Searchs database
- Collaborate with DHS representatives and case coordination units to secure program funding and process applications
- Lead with teamwork and problem-solving to support the agencys mission
Minimum Requirements:
- QIDP Certification (meets Illinois DHS requirements)
- 8 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- 3 years of experience in Self-Directed Assistance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft programs and databases
- Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 44 lbs and perform basic physical tasks (kneeling, bending, etc.)
