Job Description:
This role blends data analytics, business intelligence (BI), and product ownership, making it ideal for a professional with a strong background in healthcare data and BI tools. As the Product Owner – BI & Data Analytics, you will be responsible for analyzing pharmacy and healthcare data, developing insightful BI dashboards, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to enhance data accessibility, improve reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making. While product ownership responsibilities are involved, the primary focus is on leveraging data for meaningful impact.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:
- Develop and manage BI dashboards tailored for healthcare and pharmacy operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying techniques.
- General understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles.
Product Ownership & Agile Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements.
- Prioritize and manage backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Support sprint planning and work closely with development teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
- Work closely with business leaders, pharmacy teams, and IT to translate data into strategic insights.
- Create and manage reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements.
Position Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a similar role within healthcare or pharmacy technology.
- Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy BI
- Proven track record in building and managing BI dashboards specifically for the healthcare or pharmacy sectors.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Experience working with Agile teams and managing data-related product initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and enterprise-level data integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
