Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of Centrifugal Blower projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. This position involves managing resources, optimizing project cash flows, and driving improved margins. While based in Beasley, TX, there is flexibility for remote work with occasional travel, or a hybrid arrangement near one of the client’s larger U.S. facilities is preferred.
- Direct the execution of Centrifugal Blower projects, ensuring resource alignment and on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client, managing the relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and contingencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead projects from sales handoff through delivery, supporting commissioning activities as needed.
- Coordinate equipment procurement and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Represent the organization in all internal and external project meetings.
- Collaborate with Engineering to manage technical documentation and resolve issues promptly.
- Interpret and implement contractual terms, including Letters of Credit, performance bonds, and invoicing requirements.
- Monitor project cash flows, maintain cost oversight, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve deviations from contractual requirements, managing associated costs and schedules.
- Plan and execute all delivery and dispatch operations.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation for handover to Aftermarket and Commissioning teams.
- Optimize efficiencies by reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing delivery performance.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience managing Centrifugal Blower projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (required); an MBA or an Engineering-related major is highly preferred.

Salary : $120,000 - $142,000
