Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle for manufacturing Air Cooled Heat Exchangers. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives..
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and budgetary requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Act as a liaison with clients to define project requirements, maintain open communication, and align deliverables with expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, timelines, and financial performance.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality guidelines.
- Foster collaboration within project teams, offering support and motivation to meet project objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align project goals with broader business strategies.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (engineering degree preferred).
- PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma credentials are a plus.
- 8 to 4 years of experience managing projects or serving as a product owner, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with analytics and dashboard tools.
- May require occasional travel.
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with PMP methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers and related industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
