Job Description
- Responsible for managing 2 shift maintenance crew consisting of 13 multi-craft maintenance technicians
- Will be over predictive and preventative maintenance systems, injection molding equipment and drive reliability of the equipment and machinery
- Will mentor and coach technicians, and be responsible for the spare parts inventory
- Will assist with CapEx projects
- Will be hands on at times to train the team
Key Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a leadership position of maintenance
- Strong automation background
- Plastic injection molding background is preferred
- Electrically/mechanically inclined
