- Responsible for managing 4 in the department
- Will lead optimization of uptime and productivity of secondary equipment
- Will drive preventative, predictive and reliability programs
- Will coach, train and develop the team
- Must have previous leadership experience
- 2 years of maintenance engineering/supervision experience is required
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with electro-pneumatic, PLC controlled equipment
- Packaging or food equipment experience is a plus!!
- Has experienced 25% growth over the past 5 years!
- Growing operation with low turn-over!
