Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week or Full-time, 4 to 5 days per week : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic cosmetic & plastic surgery healthcare team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients through all phases of surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and create individualized anesthetic care plans.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Continuously monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain patient stability.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care in patient records.
Participate in post-operative care and recovery of patients, ensuring a smooth transition from anesthesia to recovery.
Qualifications :
Current certification as a CRNA.
Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
