Our Client is currently seeking APP's to join our team-based primary care practice.
Colorado APP Specifics
- The majority of the clinics operate M-F 8AM-5PM, no weekends. Full time needed, 36 clinical hours and 4 hours admin per week.
- There is an on-call rotation they are looking at adding for 2025 - details are not determined yet but this would be a shared call pool with all providers. (telephonic ONLY), triaged prior to provider engagement.
- APPs see an estimated 17-20 patients/day on average
- 20 min apt times, there is a 'ramp-up period' for new providers during the orientation process
- Most locations see all ages - would need to be comfortable/open to seeing patients of all ages.
- Ideally seeking a provider who is comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions
- $105,000-$135,000 base salary, determined on years of experience as a provider.
- Attractive value-based incentive opportunity (20% of total annual productivity).
