- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
- Design, test, and oversee the installation of new equipment and production lines
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards
- Maintain and update documentation for processes and equipment
Desirable experience:
- Bachelor's degree within engineering field (Required)
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Familiarity with automated production systems and robotics
- Experience in a highly regulated industry or familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of reducing operational costs and improving production efficiency
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
