Role Summary:
The Change Coordinator, contract position, is responsible for supporting the Organizational Change Managers through facilitation of key methodologies as set by Client Program standards. This contract position will focus on supporting Change Managers and Project Managers through the completion of Communication and Training Strategies while maintaining the disciplines of documentation and holistic communication. This role will regularly interact and engage across multiple departments and levels of leadership.
Contract to Hire, Hybrid Schedule:
Applicants must be available during Eastern Time Zone (EST) Work Hours and be available to work in Houston, TX or Allentown, PA up to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in training strategies and material creation in support of change and project management.
- Facilitate Change Impact and Risk Assessments with project leadership and stakeholders on large, cross-functional projects.
- Support Change Managers through Implementation of Success Goals and Metrics
- Communicate to key stakeholders and create Communication and Training materials
- Support all levels of awareness and adoption through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops
- Support Training activities including facilitation of Training and Job Aid creations
- Maintain Change Management Plan on initiatives including notes and action items
- Leverage Relationships to support a change in culture that supports and embodies the value of change
- Work alongside project management teams on initiatives, integrating to the variances of disciplines cross-functionally.
- Proven understanding of Change Management Principles, Methodologies, and Best Practices
- Experience working on Project Teams or participation in large-scale projects
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
