Our utilities client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Commissions Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, the employee will be responsible for Onboarding and creating commission plans for new brokers, preparing weekly and monthly manual commissions runs. This position will work closely with the sales, finance, and operations departments to ensure commission data is processed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Broker Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end process for onboarding new brokers, validating broker agreements and accuracy, creating broker commissions plans in our internal systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyze commissions data to identify trends, discrepancies, and accuracy.
- Broker Relations: Work with the sales team and external brokers to resolve issues regarding commission payments such as early payments, claw backs, missing payments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to transaction processing workflows and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience: Previous experience in a commissions analyst or similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
