Description
- Complete Firearm Traces for FBI NICS, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Respond to law enforcement requests for Form 4473s, receipts, and video documentation.
- Manage the boat, trailer, and ride-on sales registration process, including ownership documentation processing.
- Serve as part of an on-call group, assisting stores with Firearm Compliance inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State firearm regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
- 5 years of related work experience required.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email programs.
