Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Manage project task tracking, issue resolution, testing, and communication plans while ensuring compliance with control measures.
- Financial Oversight: Track and report project financials, manage vendor deliverables, and oversee purchase orders and work orders.
- Project Administration: Maintain project documentation, update key milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders, sponsors, and IT leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other project managers and portfolio managers to standardize processes and enhance project transparency.
- Innovation: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience leading teams, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working across all levels of an organization to drive performance and solve problems.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with technical writing and creating clear, concise project documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information, resolve conflicts, and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
