- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Oil and gas upstream industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Generally 3 years of treasury experience
- Understanding of treasury cycles
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Smart, ambitious and eager to learn
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Assist with daily cash operations, including cash positioning, funding, and disbursements
- Prepare hedge settlement / bank fee funding packages and monitor the settlements with counterparties
- Track and reconcile daily specific investment level cash reporting
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with maintaining and updating vendor data in the treasury system
- Handle the process of posting and/or unwinding the letters of credit
- Assist in preparing internal treasury reporting on a need basis
- Assist with external audits related to cash disbursement or cash receipt testing.
