Our downtown private equity client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the firm’s ongoing growth. This individual will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers and external agencies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, a strong grasp of market trends, and the ability to help position the organization as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Use job boards, social media, networking events, and innovative strategies to identify and engage top talent.
Create compelling job descriptions, post roles strategically, and enhance the firm’s employer brand.
Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to ensure skills and cultural alignment.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring strategies.
Build relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage the recruiting process when needed.
Develop and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Take on additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in professional services or energy.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
