Our downtown private equity client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the firm’s ongoing growth. This individual will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers and external agencies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, a strong grasp of market trends, and the ability to help position the organization as an employer of choice.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Use job boards, social media, networking events, and innovative strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Create compelling job descriptions, post roles strategically, and enhance the firm’s employer brand.
- Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to ensure skills and cultural alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring strategies.
- Build relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage the recruiting process when needed.
- Develop and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Take on additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in professional services or energy.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
