Job Overview : Search Solution Group is seeking an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a distributor of medical supplies. The Account Manager will be responsible for marketing the Acentus Continuous Glucose Monitor and its associated services to diabetes clinicians in cities throughout Central and East Coast Florida. This role is critical to the company's success as it focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with clinical caregivers, driving sales, and ensuring product compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities : Market the Acentus Continuous Glucose Monitor and proprietary technology to diabetes clinicians in designated regions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical caregivers and referral sources. Assist the company's referral network in staying informed about new products and insurance coverage requirements. Perform group and individual presentations on product choices and qualification guidelines for referral sources. Achieve assigned referral quotas and company sales objectives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and company policies. Travel up to 75%!,(MISSING) including overnight stays for sales meetings and events. Handle challenging situations professionally and courteously, maintaining strong customer relationships. Attend conferences, sales meetings, and educational events to represent the company and enhance product knowledge. Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to expand market presence and meet objectives. Maintain positive communication and collaboration with supervisors, co-workers, and clients. Follow all company policies regarding safety, compliance, and reporting. Perform additional duties as requested by the Regional Director or company leadership. Requirements Include : Education : Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration. Experience : Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry. Experience managing relationships with medical professionals and healthcare providers. Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate complex information clearly. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Certifications : No specific certifications required, but experience in a regulated industry is preferred. Knowledge : Knowledge of the medical supplies industry, specifically related to diabetes care and management. Familiarity with insurance coverage requirements for medical products. Ability to navigate and operate within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Key Competencies : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, physicians, nurses, and case managers. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Additional Information : Work Environment : Office-based with significant travel (up to 75%!)(MISSING). Travel Requirements : Extensive travel within the territory, including overnight stays for meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Physical Requirements : In an 8-hour workday, the employee may infrequently lift / carry up to 15 lbs. The employee may stand / walk for less than 4 hours and sit for 4 hours during the workday.
