Search Solution Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist on behalf of our client, a company that provides essential equipment for swimming pool functionality, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners. This role is crucial in managing and resolving collections for both domestic and international accounts, ensuring smooth financial operations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve collections for both domestic and international accounts.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve past due accounts.
- Communicate collection issues with Supervisors, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
- Research payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage the collections inbox.
- Escalate critical issues and handle audit and ad hoc requests.
