Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and project close-out.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure timely completion of all milestones.
- Manage the preparation of cost estimates, project budgets, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate project resources, materials, and equipment, ensuring project scope is met without delays.
- Establish project goals and objectives in collaboration with the client and stakeholders.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular cost tracking, variance analysis, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Approve and process purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and other financial documentation.
Quality Control and Safety:
- Monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor the quality of work and ensure timely problem resolution.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and progress reviews to senior management and clients.
- Resolve conflicts, address client concerns, and facilitate smooth decision-making processes throughout the project.
