Job Overview :
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Business Analyst on behalf of our client, a global company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of air compressors and compressed air systems. This role is vital for defining, documenting, and improving business processes while ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are aligned with organizational goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business process owners and assist with various aspects of process improvement, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and document business process flows in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
- Construct business process metrics and KPIs that align with organizational objectives.
- Establish a current baseline and assist process owners in defining progress and goal metrics.
- Develop a metrics hierarchy and link task metrics to processes and sub-processes KPIs.
- Help document user requirements and desired end-state for business processes.
- Assist business process owners in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage projects and assist business process owners with data preparation.
- Prepare training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage all related training documentation.
- Provide oversight on change management and ensure smooth transitions.
