Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract IT Lab Support Specialist on behalf of our client, who will play a key role in supporting IT operations within a pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for managing IT-related projects, ensuring all timelines are met, and providing support to IT teams and stakeholders. The specialist will work directly with departments such as IT, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality, along with Global IT teams, to ensure service levels are aligned with project goals. This role requires strong project management skills and an understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Develop, execute, and monitor project schedules to meet tight timelines.
- Prepare and issue requests for quotations and scope of work documents.
- Provide formal, timely updates on project status including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure the timely completion of IT-related tasks for projects by working directly with various business units.
