Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Systems Admin (SMARSH) on behalf of our client, a leading company that specializes in building advanced security analytics platforms and incident management applications for public- and private-sector clients. The Systems Admin will be responsible for managing and overseeing eDiscovery projects and system administration, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with the eDiscovery Project Management process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage eDiscovery projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within the project timeline and scope.
  • Apply knowledge of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) to manage the eDiscovery process and guide project execution.
  • Utilize Relativity and Reveal for eDiscovery tasks, ensuring effective and accurate data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide updates on project statuses, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  • Conduct and manage all aspects of eDiscovery project management, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eDiscovery tools and systems.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to eDiscovery procedures, tools, and workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation and maintenance of systems.
  • Report to senior management and provide project insights, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements Include :

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of the eDiscovery process and the EDRM.
  • Experience with Relativity (RCA preferred) and Reveal is required.
  • Skills :

  • Proficient in managing eDiscovery projects, tools, and data workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications :

  • Relevant certifications in eDiscovery or project management are a plus (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator).
  • Knowledge :

  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Reveal.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery project management processes and legal compliance standards.
  • Understanding of data security protocols in relation to eDiscovery.
  • Key Competencies :

  • Project Management Skills : Ability to oversee and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion.
  • Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Relativity, Reveal, and other eDiscovery tools, with a strong understanding of technical systems.
  • Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues with an analytical approach.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensures precision and accuracy in every stage of the eDiscovery process.
  • Additional Information :

  • Work Environment : Hybrid role, with onsite work required in VA office 2-3 days per week, and remote work the remaining days.
