DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Data Entry Specialist on behalf of our client, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering economic growth, business development, and regional collaboration. The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission by accurately inputting and managing data that drives key initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the organization's database and systems.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it into the system.

Organize and process large volumes of data for various business functions.

Assist with preparing reports based on entered data.

Monitor and report discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate teams.

Assist other departments with data-related tasks and projects.

Perform regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of the information.

Respond to inquiries regarding data management and assist in data-related requests.

Support the development and improvement of data entry processes and best practices. Requirements Include :

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Experience :

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Experience with database management and recordkeeping is a plus. Skills :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Certifications :

No specific certifications required; experience in a similar role is beneficial. Knowledge :

Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.

Basic understanding of data privacy and security regulations. Key Competencies :
