The Director collaborates with senior leadership to ensure that the organization’s talent strategy aligns with its business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee strategic recruiting and hiring processes to attract high-performing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee leadership development initiatives to prepare future leaders for critical roles.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations across the organization.
- Develop tools and resources to help managers provide constructive feedback and set performance goals.
- Create and maintain a robust succession planning framework to identify and develop internal talent for key positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate and address potential talent gaps.
- Integrate DEI principles into talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity through training, programs, and equitable talent practices.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
