Field Service Engineer - MA

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) on behalf of our client, a company that develops and sells digital printing presses and technologies. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing first-class technical support to customer base. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimum customer satisfaction with Nanographic Printing presses, enhancing strong relationships with customers, and supporting the technical performance of the printing presses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Transfer technical knowledge to press operators to resolve on-site technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to worldwide teams for optimal and effective treatment of customer problems.
• Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of printing presses to maximize production and productivity.
• Provide excellent on-site service and technical support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with customer service and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new printing presses at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on press systems to ensure their functionality.
• Conduct training for customers to increase their proficiency in using the presses and to ensure they can resolve basic technical issues on their own.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and actions taken.
