Job Overview :
The People Success Coordinator, on behalf of our client, will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the HR operations and employee experience at a leading payments consultancy firm. This position focuses on ensuring compliance, driving HR projects, streamlining processes, and delivering data-driven insights. Working closely with leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors, this role supports the organization's mission to optimize the employee journey while maintaining global HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate HR reporting, compliance, and people-centric projects.
- Ensure smooth people processes from onboarding to offboarding, fostering an exceptional employee experience.
- Maintain compliance with global laws and regulations by keeping policies, contracts, compensation agreements, and employee files up-to-date.
- Develop and deliver insightful people data analytics and dashboards for Executive Leadership and Board meetings.
- Oversee and coordinate project deliverables such as employee surveys, learning initiatives, OKR management, and performance review cycles.
- Create templates, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline global HR processes.
- Manage global leave of absence requests and assist employees with visa and immigration procedures, ensuring regional compliance.
- Anticipate the needs of the HR team and provide proactive support.
