In addition, healthcare recruiters are responsible for managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and assisting in negotiating competitive job offers. They often use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Paycom, to streamline the hiring process, track applicants, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. By utilizing tools like Paycom ATS, recruiters ensure efficient workflows, timely follow-ups, and seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams.
