Job Overview : The Regional Sales Manager - South Florida, on behalf of our client, is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the brand in the South / Western Florida region. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting premium underwater LED lighting solutions for pools and spas. Key Responsibilities : Prospect and Lead Generation : Call on builders, OEMs, distributors, and prospective customers to acquire new business and expand existing accounts. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and lead generation. Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and support. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations. Highlight features, benefits, and value propositions of products and services. Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback. Trade Shows and Exhibitions : Represent at trade shows, association meetings, and exhibitions. Promote the brand and its products to potential customers and industry stakeholders. Market Research : Gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies. Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales. Requirements Include : Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the pool or construction industry. Proven track record in "on-the-road" sales roles. Skills : Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent customer relationship management abilities. Proficiency in market research and data analysis. Certifications : None specified, but sales-related certifications are a plus. Knowledge : Familiarity with pool industry products and trends preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
