Key Responsibilities : Create clear, logical, and comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external audiences.Write and edit technical documents / manuals in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.Collaborate with project team members, including management, engineering, construction, subcontractors, vendors, and licensors, to gather and verify information.Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure the accuracy of specialized content.Analyze and update policy, procedure, and form documentation based on project requirements.Review and copyedit content produced by other team members for consistency and clarity.Leverage existing data to reuse relevant content, illustrations, or references.Ensure all tasks are completed according to deadlines, project specifications, and company guidelines.Requirements Include :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, or Technical Writing.Experience :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in writing complete, complex technical documents.Proven ability to organize documents and work with internal and external stakeholders.Skills :
Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and comprehension.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.Excellent communication and research skills.Familiarity with technical standards such as ANSI / NEETA, NFPA 70E, IEC, ISA, and NFPA 59A.Certifications :
