We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Program Manager II position in Seattle, WA . This will be a 1-year contract role and will be hybrid with 3-4 days expected onsite per week.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and technical teams , translating business needs into scalable, data-driven automation solutions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing programs, including lifecycle journeys, campaign optimization, and data migration projects.
- Drive process improvement by designing and implementing streamlined workflows that enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bring deep expertise in Marketo (5 years), Salesforce, and custom API integrations, including experience with Velocity Scripting and complex data structures.
- Leverage strong analytical skills to extract insights from marketing data, ensuring accurate attribution, data hygiene, and impactful reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign and lifecycle journey creation.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them for technical implementation.
- Proven ability to design and document scalable marketing processes to improve team efficiency and alignment.
- Experience managing data migration projects, system updates, and ensuring data integrity—particularly within Marketo-Salesforce integrations.
- E xcellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams.
- The pay range for this position is $69.72 to $77.46 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
