We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter based in Highlands Ranch , CO . This will be a remote contract role, and will be primarily remote but may need to come onsite for All-Hands Meetings, trainings , etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates
- Interface and partner with hiring managers on filling their recruiting needs
- Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed.
- Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skill set
- Results-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Relentless drive to find and hire top talent
- Proven ability to work with a team of cross-functional stakeholders
- The pay range for this position is $ 47.33 to $50.00 per year . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
