We are looking for an account manager to oversee and drive new business development in one of our enterprise government clients in the OK market. Preferably someone who has experience selling in the Public sector that has some preexisting relationships that they can leverage.

Ideally, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and providing customized IT staffing solutions to meet the various staffing demands of each client manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing. s
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their IT staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Development: Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate business opportunities for IT staffing solutions.
- Account Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, from initial contact and needs assessment to contract negotiation and ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and IT requirements, then match those needs with our staffing solutions, including contract, permanent, and project-based staffing services.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, including terms and pricing, and ensure that all client agreements align with company policies and objectives.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, IT staffing challenges, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional ongoing support to clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term satisfaction with our staffing solutions.
