The center is currently looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. About the Role:
The BCBA will work closely with clients to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians. The role requires conducting assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistent, effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and other staff members
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in ABA therapy
- Foster a positive, client-focused culture within the team
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
