Bookkeeper – Hybrid Remote Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting for over 100 entities.
- Manage and process invoices efficiently.
- Support the preparation of annual financial planning reports.
- Assist with semi-annual Trustee Meeting reports.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules using CCH software.
- Handle household payroll tax returns, Form 1099s, annual LLC registrations, business license renewals, and personal property tax returns.
- Monitor property taxes and manage appeals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 8 years of bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- The capability to work independently while contributing to a team.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred although experience will be considered in lieu of degree
