Marketing Assistant
Position Overview:
Pivotal team member supporting the diverse marketing needs of a team of commercial real estate brokers, creating marketing materials in the pursuit of supporting property marketing campaigns. This is a NEW position with the opportunity for growth over time. Great opportunity for someone with experience working in the real estate industry.
Daily Tasks:
- Marketing & Design: Create and design engaging pitch books, flyers, surveys, e-blasts, and other marketing materials to support our team and attract new business.
- Proposal Support: Help put together RFPs and proposals, ensuring we’re responding to clients with the right information and at the right time.
- Broker Support: Answer emails from brokers about property listings, providing them with the details they need quickly and professionally.
- Data Tracking: Keep track of lease and sale comps, as well as other important market data, to help our brokers stay informed and make smart decisions.
- Listing Management: Make sure our property listings are accurate and up-to-date across platforms like Costar, LoopNet, and local economic development sites.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with third-party vendors for services like drone shots, professional photography, and printing, ensuring everything looks top-notch.
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and InDesign, and other Adobe Suite programs to create great marketing materials and keep things running smoothly
- Proficiency in managing a wide variety of sales support and marketing projects
- Ability to thrive in an office environment, collaborating with a diverse sales team
- A proactive, creative approach to adding value in a small-business culture
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
