We're partnering with a leading Dallas law firm known for its excellence in complex business litigation, aviation litigation, and intellectual property law to hire an experienced Attorney for aviation-related litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging aviation defense cases alongside a team of recognized Texas Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in Dallas in their beautiful downtown office.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and risk management for aviation-related insurance defense cases.
- Manage cases from initial pleadings through trial and appeal, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strong defense strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
- Work closely with clients, insurers, and experts to assess case strategy and risk exposure.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations in all casework.
