Exciting Opportunity! We are on the lookout for a Human Resources Specialist for a Hybrid and Full-Time Position . This role is perfect for individuals eager to progress into an HR Generalist position in the future, with a preference for those who have previously worked in a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm.
HOURS : Monday - Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION : HYBRID | Cleveland, OH
PAY : $55 - $65K (Commensurate with Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- 3 Years of HR Experience REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Experience with HRIS Systems, including UKG, is a PLUS
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to navigate a diverse range of Firm systems
