Actively seeking a Building & Facilities Coordinator for an ONSITE and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm . This roles requires a candidate who has worked in a corporate setting, has experience with vendors and building management software, and has 2 years of experience in building and facilities management.
HOURS : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION : ONSITE | Manhattan, NY (West Side)
PAY : $60 - $70K (Commensurate w / Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree PREFERRED; HS Diploma REQUIRED
- 2 years of relevant Facilities or Office Coordinator Experience REQUIRED
- Building Maintenance Software Experience PREFERRED
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
