Actively seeking a Conference Services / In-House Meetings Coordinator for a ONSITE and Full-Time Position . The position requires someone who is coming from a fast-paced, events focused, and hospitality-driven background who excels in an environment where you are constantly adapting and organizing onsite events on a daily basis.

HOURS : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION : Fully Onsite | Los Angeles, CA

PAY : $65 - $72K Discretionary Bonus (Commensurate w / Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • 5 years Working in a Fast-Paced Hospitality or Events Environment
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor Conference Services and Reception mailboxes
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Coordinates planning of all conference room services related to office meetings and events
  • Coordinate with various teams, including Catering, Network Support, Security, and Facilities
  • Additional Office Management and Administrative duties as assigned and needed
