Actively seeking a Law Firm Office Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Top Law Firm in their San Francisco Office . The Manager needs 5 years of office management experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment.

HOURS : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION : HYBRID | San Francisco, CA

PAY : $140 - $160K (Commensurate w / Experience & Location) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
  • 5 Years of Office Management Experience in a Law / Professional Services Firm REQUIRED
  • Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing all of the day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Negotiation and management of office equipment and vendor contracts
  • Preparing the office’s annual budget
  • Overseeing all aspects of space management, including landlord relations and landlord-provided services; maintenance and security; new office construction and renovations; build-out and lease administration.
  • Developing and implementing efficient office workflows

    Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
