Actively seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate has 7 years of L&D design and training experience for staff within a Law or Professional Services Firm, and must have a proficiency within Learning Management Systems (LMS). This is NOT an Attorney L&D position.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $100 - $110K (Commensurate w/Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED; Master's Degree PREFERRED
- 7 years L&D Training & Curriculum Design REQUIRED
- Proficiency using Various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience designing, developing & supporting organization-wide learning programs for Staff

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine training solutions that will enable increased performance
- Develop unique training programs; Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create content
- Support and train stakeholders to facilitate programs with their own teams
- Develop training solutions in a variety of formats/approaches
- Facilitate sessions on a variety of topics to all levels of the organization
- Conduct needs assessments to determine performance requirements
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in facilitation and e-learning methods and techniques
