Actively seeking Senior Compensation Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position is great for a candidate with 5 years of compensation experience within a Professional Services Firm, has their CCP Certification, and strong knowledge of compensation planning software.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Midtown East
PAY: $110 - $145K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree is REQUIRED
- 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field is REQUIRED
- Experience in professional services environment or Law Firm PREFERRED
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of compensation best practices; Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MarketPay or similar compensation planning software REQUIRED
- Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS platforms
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
