Job Description : 100% Onsite Berkeley, MO / / Required to Obtain Secret Clearance
Develops program and project requirements, develops highly complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions, including alternatives for the Production System. Validates analysis of technical data, influences product engineering design and makes robotics, automation or technical recommendations to support production system integration for a aerospace products. Leads the creation and modification of equipment and tooling definition at the program level. Executes project plans, provides input to Make / Buy decisions and partners with Procurement to meet program schedule, cost and quality targets. Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements. Leads gated reviews and develops plans for production readiness, preventative maintenance and spares. Validates contractual performance milestones. Develops and implements work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation. Conducts studies and make recommendation for disposition of assets. A successful candidate in this role will have passion, creativity, and an insatiable desire for process improvement and efficiency. They will also have a strong desire to be out in the factory, interacting with mechanics, safety, equipment services, and directly supporting the production system. Designs, analyzes and modifies manufacturing equipment and tooling that meets production system requirements
Target STEM engineering degrees below preferred minimum 7 years relevant experience

AutoCAD Proficiency - Draw & design object specifications for industrial, business, and commercial projects
Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Product Development
Create 3D modeling and designs of new products
Developed and integrated mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Drafted detailed drawings for production
Regular communication of project details, timelines, and milestones to customers
Compared project costs against budget to
Ensure project profitability
If candidates have the above experience and do not have a STEM bachelors, we will consider them for an analyst.
Education / Experience :
STEM engineering degrees minimum 7 years relevant experience
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
