This includes Production, Inventory Control, Quality Employee Relations, Safety and budget accountability. The primary goal is optimizing output and meeting production targets while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Lead the maintenance team in planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to avoid production delays or shutdowns.
- Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Ensure that the plant associates adhere to all safety and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Supervise, train, and develop teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Provide hands-on leadership in resolving production and equipment issues.
- Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead projects related to production upgrades, new equipment installation, and plant expansion.
