We are currently seeking a Repair Sales Advisor to join our team at Sears Home Services. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers who are interested in scheduling a repair service appointment for their appliances, home electronics, or lawn and garden equipment. Your goal will be to convert these inquiry calls into cash sales by recommending related/add-on Home Services products such as Home Warranty, Service Smart Protection Agreements, and Preventative Maintenance Checks.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections from customers. You will also need to be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Responsibilities will include answering inbound/outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, using your knowledge and skills to field questions, probe and overcome objections, and offer the best value for the customer. You will also schedule repair services, enter required data into computerized systems, and enter leads for home improvements into our computer system.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance Producer license for the state of Texas, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be 18 years of age or older.
