Get paid to spend time by the pool and have fun meeting new people this summer. Starting pay is $14.50 and up with holiday pay, and performance based bonuses. The primary responsibility of an Attendant is to enforce the Client’s membership-usage policies, which includes verifying if patrons are members of the community and in good standing with regards to the HOA dues. Attendants will be provided a membership list. The only time a non-resident should be allowed access to the pool is when they are a guest of a resident. The pool is located in Kennesaw. Must have reliable transportation. The right canidate will be friendly, outgoing, charismatic. This is a great opportunity for school teachers to earn some extra cash over the summer.
In addition to monitoring the facility’s entrance, Attendants are responsible for performing secondary duties such as the opening and closing tasks, checking pool chemicals, cleaning the deck area, removing debris from pool area, removing trash, straightening furniture, and raising/lowering umbrellas when appropriate.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a seasonal position that takes place during the summer months. Your work schedule is based on your availability. When you are hired, you will submit your availability, indicating any days that you are not able to work. You will also include whether you want to work Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) or Full-Time (20-40 hours per week). Sheduling is extremely flexible, work as little or as much as you would like. SPMC uses an online portal for scheduling that makes it easy to check anytime.
Compensation & Bonuses
