Sears Veterinary Hospital in Lancaster, California is looking for an dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our amazing veterinary team, working just 4 days a week with no nights or weekends ! Allowing you the freedom to spend your time with family and friends exploring all Southern California has to offer!

Our hospital is lead by an experienced hospital manager who believes strongly in creating a positive work environment and culture. Working with our leadership team you will be supported and heard! Our Compensation Package Includes :

• Starting base salaries between $160,000 - $180,000
• No deficit carry over production plan

Lancaster is located approximately 70 miles north of downtown Los Angeles in the Antelope Valley, and is a gateway to some of the most interesting parts of the California landscape. This hidden gem of California offers great attractions like the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve, where you can wander through miles of trails and let yourself bask in the calm of the countryside. You will also want to spend time at the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve, Lancaster Museum of Art and History, local wineries & beautiful Lake Palmdale.
