Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a skilled mixologist with excellent customer service skills. As a bartender at the Seascape Beach Resort, you will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a part-time position that offers a salary range of $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly. The ideal candidate will have one to two years related experience and a high school diploma or equal to a GED. Must speak and communicate in English and meet legal age requirements for the position.
Requirements:
A resort and/or hospitality experience preferred. Must have Food Handler Certificate and TIPS certification required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Takes orders from customers or servers both in the bar area and restaurant
- Collects used dishes from bar top
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer
- Collects payment for drink and food orders
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks
- Requests proper identification of bar patrons
- Wait tables in pool, lounge or other bar areas when in absence of cocktail server
- Maintains the bar with a safe and pleasant environment for guests
- Is responsible for the wellbeing of all customers regarding alcohol consumption and over serving
