We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Associate to join our hotel retail store team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and assist hotel guests and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
· Stock and replenish merchandise as needed while ensuring proper product placement.
· Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs.
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
· Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and loss prevention.
· Follow all store policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
· Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when necessary.
· Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
