What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spanish-speaking Teacher Aide position at Seashore Academy - Orange County?
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Teacher Aide to provide support in the classroom as needed from 2-5 days a week. (Native speakers are preferred.)
In this role, you will assist teachers with daily classroom activities, facilitate student engagement, and help ensure a positive learning environment. This position primarily involves covering for teachers on a substitute basis, providing flexible assistance as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students and educators. Hours would be from 9am to 3pm.
Campus Location would mainly be in Mission Viejo, but can be able to come to the Irvine campus on an as-needed basis.
Experience in differentiating instruction, the design and implementation of student-centered, experiential instruction and work best in a collaborative /team environment.
Must be patriotic, able to teach without Chromebooks/screens, and make all lessons fun and engaging. Credential Requirements:
