We're seeking an experienced Business Broker to facilitate the buying and selling of businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate businesses for sale
- Source potential clients representing on both the buy and sell side
- Connect buyers with suitable acquisition opportunities
- Negotiate deals between parties
- Provide valuation services
- Assist with due diligence processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in business brokerage or relevant industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of various industries and business models
- Valid FL broker's or sales associate license
